10 minute ABS. Lets get down on the floor and work those abs until they burn.

I want you to feel your muscles working. Practice at it, don?t just do the movements. Focus on the muscle, it will take a little while but trust me once you make that mind body connection there will be no stopping you!

I have been doing this two times everynight for about a week and I?ve already lost 10 pounds off my stomch and it SHOWS thanks soo much Laura London!! You are so awesome?.

This workout is wonderful:) I shared it on my facebook! It is so challenging but it never once crossed my mind to quit because I thought I couldn?t do it. Perfect mix, left me feeling strong and not drained! Gonna go check out.
