5:15 PM: In her testimony in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse trial Tuesday, wife Dottie Sandusky referred to Victim 4 as "demanding, conniving, wanted his way", while calling Victim 9 "a charmer ... knew what to say and when to say it."
